FlatAdvisor offers:

• One-on-one legal consultation for apartment agreements and disputes.
• Digital information products, such as guides and templates.
• Physical goods, including sample lease forms and checklists.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement. You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the planned session without penalty. Requests made later may incur a processing fee.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

All fees are stated in the service description. Charges are due upon confirmation. Access to digital products and physical goods is granted after full payment is received.

4. Refund Policy

FlatAdvisor strives to ensure client satisfaction. Please review the specific terms below for each category.

4.1 Services

Legal consultation fees are non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of professional resources. However, if a session is canceled by FlatAdvisor, you will receive a full refund. You can request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment without additional charges.

4.2 Information Products

If you purchase a digital guide or template, you may request a refund within 14 days of download if the product does not meet the described features. To initiate a refund, contact our support team and provide proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

4.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back in their original unopened condition within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a send-back, contact us for instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 30 days. Shipping costs for send-back are the responsibility of the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on our site belong to FlatAdvisor and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services and products are offered in their present condition without any warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlatAdvisor is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes must be resolved in Singapore courts.
